- Expert in restructuring, designing and implementing new development plantation projects
- Previous work experiences include:
- Completed planting 25,000 acres in 4 years, comprising of 10,000 acres of Oil Palm, 10,000 acres of Rubber and 5,000 acres of clonal cocoa in Jambi, Indonesia
- Set-up and managed an Oil Palm plantation development in Nigeria for 20,000 hectares in 2012
- Set-up and managed a large-scale Oil Palm Nursery in Myanmar for a 20,000 hectare Oil Palm development project in 2013
- Successfully rehabilitated a 4,000 hectare Oil Palm plantation in Myanmar within 2 years i.e. from loss-making to positive cashflow with a 50% increase in yields
