- Former Chief Executive of the Incorporated Society of Planters (ISP) and had pioneered the Certificate in Plantation Management Programme and Masters in Plantation Management Science for ISP members. In recognition of contribution made to the Plantation fraternity, awarded the prestigious Fellowship award (FISP) in 2002
- Previously held Senior Management positions at Malaysian Estates’ Agency Group Limited (MEAGL), Plantation Agencies, Sime Darby, Taiko Plantations and Group Manager and Visiting Agent at Kandos Group
- More than 50 years’ experience in the management and development of major crops such as Oil Palm, Rubber, Cocoa and Coconut
- Specific project experience in performing feasibility studies and managing plantations in Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar and Africa (Sierra Leone, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Cameroon and Ghana)
