With an academic foundation in E-Commerce and Marketing, Yan brings a blend of strategic thinking and on-ground execution to plantation management and geospatial analysis.

Yan has successfully managed Oil Palm plantations across Myanmar and Nigeria, overseeing operations ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 hectares. His hands-on experience spans the full spectrum of plantation activities, enabling him to navigate the operational complexities of agricultural projects.

With over five years of experience in on-site drone surveying and various GIS applications, Yan has performed such projects in Malaysia, Myanmar, Nigeria and Sierra Leone.

Recently, he led drone aerial photography and digital mapping efforts for a 17,000-hectare oil palm plantation in Port Loko, Sierra Leone; a 5,000-hectare site in Cross River State, Nigeria; and a 10,000-hectare project in Ondo State, Nigeria.
