Nova Misriani is a dedicated and passionate environmentalist with a strong commitment to promoting sustainability and addressing pressing environmental issues. She has extensive experience in plantation management, auditing, and environmental projects, with a focus on achieving set goals and targets.

Currently, Nova serves as President Director for a company involved in climate, biodiversity, community development, and ESG initiatives. She oversees operations, HR, and the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Nova has held senior roles in plantation operations, including Operations Director for a large oil palm plantation in East Kalimantan, where she was responsible for greenfield development, financing, HR and legal compliance. She managed a land bank of approximately 18,000 hectares across multiple locations.

Her professional journey began in budget monitoring and operations audit, where she analysed budgets, monitored expenditures and ensured compliance with agricultural policies. She later led teams in agronomy audit and advisory, focusing on performance reviews using tools such as Management by Objective System (MBOS), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and balanced scorecards.

A graduate of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Nova holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, along with a Master’s degree in International Management from Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Prasetya Mulya, Indonesia.
