Previously, he held the role of Chief Operating Officer, overseeing carbon-neutral forestry initiatives and sustainable land management practices. He has also served as an Operations Director, managing large-scale oil palm seed production and ensuring operational excellence.
In addition, Howard has extensive experience as an Agronomic Adviser, focusing on mapping, agronomic strategies and sustainable agricultural practices. He has also
directed new business development efforts, driving innovation and expansion in the agricultural sector. Additionally, he has managed operations in Nigeria, overseeing Oil Palm and Rubber investments.
