With over two decades of expertise, Claudine has been involved in designing financial models and forecasts that drive sustainable growth in countries such as Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia and Africa.

Her career began at KPMG Malaysia, where she was part of the firm’s Senior Management, bringing extensive experience in corporate governance and enterprise risk management for plantation conglomerates. She later expanded her global footprint, leading high-profile audit engagements for World Bank and UN-funded agencies across 60 countries, including North Korea, Morocco, Syria, East Timor and Fiji.

Claudine holds an MBA in International Management from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Curtin University. She is an Associate Member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Management. Her commitment to sustainable business practices is further reinforced by her certification as a Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) Lead Auditor.

Dedicated to integrating environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) principles into business strategy, she completed the prestigious Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme at Oxford University. With a sharp analytical mind and a passion for responsible development, Claudine continues to redefine financial sustainability in the plantation sector – ensuring that economic growth and environmental stewardship go hand in hand.
