Greetings and salam sejahtera.

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the Malaysia – Senegal Economic Forum, which will be held on Monday, 12 October 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Senegal Time) / 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Malaysia Time).

The Forum will be conducted in a hybrid format, with physical participation at Azalaï Hotel Dakar, Senegal, as well as online participation via Zoom.

The Forum is jointly organised by the Embassy of Malaysia in Dakar, Senegal and AASS-MTCP/Malaysia, with the objective of strengthening Malaysia-Senegal economic relations and providing Malaysian businesses with greater insight into emerging trade, investment and partnership opportunities in Senegal.

The Forum will also feature senior representatives and experts from both Malaysia and Senegal, including the Minister of Industry and Commerce of Senegal, the Ambassador of Malaysia to Senegal, MATRADE Lagos as well as industry and economic experts.

Malaysian companies interested in exploring the Senegalese and wider West African market, identifying potential business partners, and gaining first-hand insights into market and sectoral opportunities are strongly encouraged to participate.
